1 (12-inch) pizza crust
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1/2 (6-oz) package Almond Accents, divided
1 medium onion
8 oz fontina cheese, sliced
1/2 (4-oz) package feta cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained and cut in half
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley
Fresh ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Slice the onion into thin strips and sauté until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Spread remaining 1/2 tablespoon oil, half Almond Accents, onions and both cheeses evenly over crust. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Meanwhile in small bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, parsley and remaining Almond Accents. Toss evenly over pizza, sprinkle with fresh ground pepper to taste, and bake an additional two minutes. Cut into eight pieces and serve immediately.
